Return & Refund Policy

CloudyBebe sources products from trusted suppliers via Syncee. Refunds are issued by the supplier to CloudyBebe (not by Syncee). If you need a return or refund, please contact CloudyBebe first—we will handle everything directly with the supplier on your behalf.

Return window

  • 14 days: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return so we can notify the supplier within their required window.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 5 days if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We’ll coordinate with the supplier on a replacement or refund.

How to start a return

Email info@cloudybebe.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send the return address (usually the original ship-from supplier address) and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization can’t be accepted.

Refunds

After the supplier receives and approves your return, they issue the refund to CloudyBebe and we refund your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days after approval for the refund to appear (your bank/issuer may vary).

International orders

International shipments may incur customs duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are the recipient’s responsibility and are collected by the courier/customs.

Notes

  • Any order discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
