Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns must be approved before they are sent.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 5 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can help quickly.

How to start a return

Email sales@cloudybebe.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

We will inspect the returned item and notify you when your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear after approval; your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.

Non-returnable items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain opened or used personal-care, feeding, bath, and intimate baby items may not be returnable. Final-sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable unless required by law.

For the fastest service, place a new order for the item you want and return the original eligible item by following the steps above.
